Registered Psychologist/ Registered Clinical Social Worker

Green Door Clinic is seeking a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker who brings clinical experience and a genuine desire to keep learning. This role is ideal for a clinician who feels confident in foundational skills, enjoys working with children and families, and values mentorship, collaboration, and high-quality care.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and/or families within a private practice setting.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Jane App (used for all scheduling and notes at Green Door Clinic).
Participate in consultation and collaborative case discussions.
Contribute to the development of programs and resources that support therapists, children, and families in achieving optimal outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:
Registered (or eligible for registration) in Edmonton, Alberta as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Social Worker.
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Social Work.
Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and/or families.
Current professional liability/malpractice insurance.
Training in one or more evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, CBT-I, or EFT.
Completed (or actively pursuing) training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).


Clinical experience supporting individuals or families presenting with:
Anxiety
OCD
ADHD
Sleep difficulties
Depression
Trauma
Self-harm
Grief
School refusal

At this time, we are especially interested in clinicians with unique or developing specialties, including but not limited to:
Sports Performance
Family Therapy
Eating Disorders


Hours
Approximately 6–15 hours per week, with flexibility to grow over time.
